LEMON WITH CARAMELIZED GINGER
A totally Mediterranean product (lemon) with a typical Asian substance (ginger), creates a product which is perfectly combined both with classical (new) Greek cuisine (grilled or spit roasted) and fatty fish or cheese. It is amazing for marinating meat, diluted with water or soy sauce before grilling.
When spread on salmon fillet before grilling it makes a crust which combines perfectly with the oiliness of the fish. It is also very delicious with smoked cheese.
